Q. What is the difference between SHIRT EMPIRE and ZASUR?
A.  SHIRT EMPIRE is our site and store name, ZASUR is our premium line of shirts that are amazingly soft with wicked awesome designs.  They basically increase your coolness factor and attractiveness just by putting one on.

Q. How long till my order arrives?
A.  1-2 weeks after an order is placed... often arriving sooner if the mailman is being friendly.

Q. How can I find the status of my order?
A.  You will receive an email confirmation after an order is placed.  You will receive an additional email when your package has been shipped and is en-route to you.  If you have questions about your order, you can email us by visiting our contact page.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A.  In addition to Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, we accept cashier's check or money order (sorry, no personal checks).  If you wish to pay with a cashier's check or money order, simply go through the check-out process as normal and select "money order" as your payment type.  You will then have 30 days to mail payment to:

Q. Is the SHIRT EMPIRE online store secure?
A. Absolutely! You can always feel safe entering your personal information on the SHIRT EMPIRE site.  The "secure lock (icon)" shown in your browser during the checkout process verifies your safety.  Your information is stored on secure servers and will NEVER be shared or sold.

Q. Do you accept exchanges and returns?
A.  We gladly except exchanges of shirts that are not worn or washed within 30 days of the original purchase. Should an exchange be necessary, please contact us.  Sorry, we do not offer returns.

Q. How did you get your shirts to be so comfortable?
A.  That is a great question.  We searched long and hard to bring you the most comfortable custom shirts around.  Test one out for yourself!  We bet the house that you’ll agree.

Q. What size shirt should I order?
A.  Guys - The guys fit is form fitting, Our sizes run small, so a LARGE ZASUR shirt is comparable to a MEDIUM in a regular Haynes or Fruit of the Loom 50/50. So, it's good to order one size up.
Ladies - The ladies fit is one size.  It has been designed to conform to many different body shapes.
Please view the measurements on the sizing chart if you are unsure what size to order.

Q. Are your ZASUR shirts going to shrink ...and even worse, will they fall apart?
A.  The shirts are already pre-shrunk, so if any shrinking occurs, it will be a very small amount.  The shirts are high quality and will withstand countless washes.  Bonus: the shirts become even more comfortable with every wash!

Q. Can I get your ZASUR shirts anywhere else?
A.  Through the SHIRT EMPIRE online store and bands that we support are the only ways to get our custom, high quality shirts.  We will keep you posted as more purchase points become available.  If you are a retailer interested in carrying ZASUR in your store, please visit our contact page and select wholesale.
